Aside from standard no SEX or other "dirty terms" (they didn't catch all, I tried :P), you're limited to 6 spaces. Hyphens are allowed even if you fill out the 6 spaces. No XXX 000 or 000 XXX formats.
A trick you can do is omit the vowels, as seen above. This is called !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
